How enrollment works

Most families go from first message to first day within two weeks.

What ages do you care for?

Day care welcomes babies from 6 months. Preschool starts at 2 years, and after school is for school-age children. Therapy is available across all these ages.

What are your opening hours?

We’re open Saturday to Thursday, 8am to 7pm. Choose half day, full day, or a personalised plan of 4, 6 or 8 hours.

Can I visit before enrolling?

Yes, and we recommend it. Schedule a tour to see the classrooms, play zone and sleeping area, and meet the teachers who would care for your child.

How much are the fees?

Fees depend on the program and the hours you choose. Message us on WhatsApp and we’ll send the current fee sheet for your child’s age group.

How will I know how my child's day is going?

You’ll get updates during the day with photos, meals and nap times, plus a monthly check-in with your child’s teacher.

How do you keep children safe?

Only adults on your approved pick-up list can collect your child. Shared areas are covered by CCTV, and our staff are trained in first aid.

Does my child need a diagnosis to start therapy?

No. Our therapists start with an assessment, then share a plan and goals with you before regular sessions begin.
